Mission Statement
We shall strive to exceed our members expectation in all areas of operation by making them feel welcomed, comfortable and secure in the knowledge that they can expect the highest level of quality, and service from all of us at all times.
The Suburban Federal Credit Union is always ready to provide our members with the products and services they need to make daily life just a little bit easier and better. At the Suburban Federal Credit Union, it’s never been easier to increase your savings, access your funds or apply for a loan.

For decades the Suburban Federal Credit Union has served members of 7 parishes in Toledo: Little Flower, Our Lady of Lourdes, Holy Trinity, St. Richard’s, St. Jude, St. Charles, The Body of Christ as well as the former A & P Tea Company.

Now the credit union is steadily, consistently welcoming new parishioners as well as other churches to experience the benefits of belonging to one of the region’s most financially stable credit unions. Our growth equals your growth, and we welcome the opportunity to discuss this with the appropriate members of interested organizations.

As a financially secure, modest but growing federal credit union, Suburban FCU is pleased to provide a comprehensive range of services, very competitive rates, high dividends and quick loan decisions.

More importantly, however, members will always find truly friendly and personalized attention.

The bottom line is that the Suburban Federal Credit Union is your credit union. We are here to serve you, our valued members.

Give us a call or send us an email with your comments, questions or suggestions of how we can best serve you.

I haven’t received my statement.
A common reason is that we may not have your current address. Please verify that your address on your statement is correct. If not, or if it will be changing in the near future, please notify the credit union by mail, fax or e-mail. In addition, the credit union is collecting e-mail addresses and fax numbers for all our members. The additional communication tool will be of great value to both the credit union and the members.
